I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was a delightful surprise with hot servings reminiscent of Grandma's cooking. The suite was perfect, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel room.

This was just a proper fit for a lightning trip in Cincinnati with great value for the money. The food at the bar was exceptional, especially the flatbreads and mac and cheese. Make sure to check out the rooftop lounge for some beautiful views.

good experience but some room for improvement
The front desk staff truly went above expectations. They were warm and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and enjoy the local festival. The breakfast offered was grand and the crew really hustled to ensure everyone was well cared for.
The room could use some updates to match the hotel's overall service level.

I appreciated the friendly atmosphere from the staff, especially during breakfast where the service was efficient. The valet parking was convenient, although the daily fee felt a bit high. However, I encountered some maintenance issues with room supplies that took longer to resolve. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a great location and good breakfast options.

Location right next to a park made for some great walks, especially with the lovely walking path. The rooftop bar delivered fantastic views and live music, making for a vibrant night spot after a busy day in town.
The television in the room had issues. it required a repair that just didn’t stick. Also, the coffee maker didn’t work in the morning, which was frustrating. As for housekeeping, beds hadn't been changed, and fresh sheets were just dropped off instead of properly made. Parking is valet only, which adds a significant cost to the stay, and the lack of a parking garage can be a hassle. It felt like I was paying a bit too much for the experience considering other options are out there.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and had a nice kitchenette, which made it easy to feel at home. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a separate living area. However, the pull-out couch was pretty uncomfortable according to one of my sons. Also, the kitchenette counter needed a good clean—it was sticky. But overall, it was a large and comfortable room despite those minor quirks.

We enjoyed our stay here with my mother, especially the spacious one-bedroom suite. The convenient location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast was a tasty start to our busy days.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities or a pool for entertainment during downtime.

Exceptional staff and great amenities!
I had a fantastic stay in a King Studio Sofa Bed! The breakfast was diverse, featuring items like made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, definitely surpassing my expectations. The rooftop lounge offered stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and efficient, making our stay genuinely enjoyable. However, it would be great to have more parking options than just valet.
